1. Payment
The selected service is paid in advance. Before payment, checkout shows the service, final total, invoice currency and performance deadline. Payment availability and test mode are clearly identified. When online payment is enabled, card details are entered only on mono’s secure page; the bank shows the methods actually available. For a UAH invoice, the UAH total and EUR conversion source, date and rate are displayed before confirmation. No separate provider surcharge is added to the displayed price. Your bank’s exchange rate and charges may differ; a fixed EUR debit is not promised for a UAH invoice. Do not pay details received in unverified messages. A sandbox test does not purchase a service.
2. Withdrawal without giving a reason
You may give notice of withdrawal from a distance contract within 14 calendar days. Under these terms, counting begins on the day after the later of contract conclusion and receipt of the terms confirmation on a durable medium. Applicable law may give you longer, including where information was not properly provided. Send an unequivocal statement to psytarot20@gmail.com before the deadline; the model form is optional. No reason, account or mandatory phone call is required. This right is distinct from remedies for breach, which remain available after 14 days.
3. Early start and full performance
A reading within 24 hours or a consultation before the withdrawal period ends requires a separate active request for an early start. Accepting the terms alone does not replace it. Starting early does not itself end the withdrawal right while the service is incomplete. After full and proper performance, withdrawal without giving a reason may cease only where applicable legal requirements are met, including a prior express request and acknowledgement of that loss. Personalisation alone does not make a reading non-refundable. Video delivery is not used to claim automatic loss of withdrawal rights merely when creation or downloading begins.
4. Refund amount
A timely withdrawal before work starts receives a full refund. For partial performance, a deduction is possible only where legally permitted: following proper information and a separate early-start request, proportionate to the service actually provided, with an understandable calculation. There are no automatic penalties, fixed non-refundable deposits or full-price deductions merely for starting work. If the law prohibits a deduction or required information/consent is missing, that part is not charged. Following full and proper performance and lawful loss of withdrawal rights, changing your mind alone does not create a refund entitlement. Non-performance, non-conformity, defects and delay are assessed separately: statutory rights to correction, price reduction, termination, refunds and other remedies remain.
5. Refund timing and method
For a valid withdrawal, reimbursement is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice is received. This contractual deadline also applies to Ukrainian customers; any shorter mandatory deadline remains. Refunds use the original payment method and currency unless you expressly agree to an alternative at no cost to you. The provider does not deduct its own refund fee. Your bank’s conversion may change the amount credited to a foreign-currency account; this does not reduce the provider’s refund obligation in the payment currency. Supply an order reference or details that identify the contract; lack of an order number alone does not remove your withdrawal right.
6. Rescheduling, cancellation and online withdrawal
To reschedule, email psytarot20@gmail.com as early as possible; both parties agree the new time. Missing a meeting is not automatically treated as full performance or a reason to retain the entire price. If the provider cancels and no new date is agreed, payment for the unprovided service is refunded. Remedies for breach remain. The “Withdraw from contract” form linked below is available without an account or reason. You can review the notice before the “Confirm withdrawal” button submits it to the provider. Its content, receipt date and time are saved and an acknowledgement is emailed to the address supplied. Email delivery failure does not undo a notice already received. In test mode, the form is explicitly marked as a test. The stated email is also available for an actual contract.
