1. Provider and contract

2. Services and deliverables
Personal reading: individual work on one agreed question, a 15–30 minute video and card photographs. With a separate request for an early start, delivery is within 24 hours after both payment is confirmed and the complete agreed request is received. Psychology-informed Tarot consultation: 60–90 minutes on Zoom or Google Meet, up to two topics; the date and time zone are agreed before payment. With separate recording consent, the recording is delivered within 24 hours after the meeting. Without that consent the consultation takes place without recording, agreed in advance at no extra charge. Other formats on the website require separate terms and are not sold under this offer. You will receive the link to join your online consultation via Zoom or Google Meet in a separate message before the meeting. Evgeniya chooses the platform and creates and sends the link manually.
3. Ordering and price
Before payment, the customer receives the order contents, final total including applicable provider taxes and charges, invoice payment currency, delivery date and method. A contract is formed on successful payment of the agreed order following active acceptance of the terms. Order confirmation, an unalterable copy of the terms and the recorded consent wording are emailed before work starts. An early start is a separate choice. Leaving the second box unticked gives no permission to start early: commencement and delivery are agreed for after the withdrawal period. An unpaid enquiry is not a paid order. To order without an early start, first agree the timing by email; automatic payment for the fast service is unavailable without a separate early-start request.
4. Delivery and full performance
Delivery is by agreed email or a Google Drive link agreed with the customer. Internet access and a video-capable device are needed; Zoom or Google Meet also requires a compatible app or browser, microphone and camera. A reading is fully performed when the agreed video and photographs have been delivered and are accessible. A consultation is fully performed after the agreed meeting and delivery of an accessible recording, where recording was agreed. Payment, starting work or sending a broken link alone is not full performance. Report access problems by email so the provider can resolve them without limiting your legal remedies.
5. Scope and rights
Tarot is used for reflection and discussion of personal situations. The services do not include medical diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy as healthcare, or legal or investment advice; no particular future event or life outcome is guaranteed. The price covers the agreed personal work and its stated deliverables. This does not exclude liability for non-performance, defects or delay. Materials are for personal use; publishing the other party’s recording or personal story requires separate permission. Payment and refund terms and the privacy policy are linked beside the order.
6. Applicable law and complaints
Ukrainian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection under the applicable law of their habitual residence, including applicable EU Member State rules. These terms do not restrict statutory remedies or competent courts. Send complaints to psytarot20@gmail.com with your order reference and issue, without medical records or full card details. The provider acknowledges receipt and proposes a solution; mandatory legal deadlines prevail. RU, UA and EN express the same terms; translation differences do not reduce consumer rights. Later versions do not retrospectively change paid orders.
